I believe in the inherent goodness and healing wisdom within each person. My role is to help you recognize and embrace this truth about yourself. At the heart of my practice is a compassionate and mindful presence that guides our work together.
I have been in private practice since 1995, and I am profoundly grateful for the meaningful work that continually inspires my own growth and healing. I hold my clients in deep respect as we navigate some of the most vulnerable and challenging times in their lives.
My approach is guided by various trauma-informed modalities, including mindfulness-based therapy, neuroscience, attachment theory, somatic processes, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and EFT (tapping). This diverse foundation allows me to tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs.
I am committed to creating a safe environment where you can explore your whole self. Together, we will observe your internal experiences from a non-judgmental perspective, empowering you to identify your situation, reactions, obstacles to change, and the solutions that lie within you.
As the research on the use of psychedelics has been positive for resolving trauma, addressing depression and end-of-life issues, as well as creating access to deeper connection and spiritual opening, more and more people are turning towards psychedelic experiences for their healing and growth. I have been trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and can discuss if that is an appropriate path for you. I can also help you prepare for and integrate your psychedelic journey that you may have had or are seeking.
